{"id":128785,"date":"2022-08-23T06:06:23","date_gmt":"2022-08-23T09:06:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/argentinamunicipal.com.ar\/argentina\/?p=128785"},"modified":"2022-08-23T06:06:23","modified_gmt":"2022-08-23T09:06:23","slug":"festram-santa-fe-inicio-las-negociaciones-para-aplicar-la-revision-salarial","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/argentinamunicipal.com.ar\/argentina\/festram-santa-fe-inicio-las-negociaciones-para-aplicar-la-revision-salarial\/","title":{"rendered":"FESTRAM Santa Fe inici\u00f3 las negociaciones para aplicar la revisi\u00f3n salarial"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>EN EL D\u00cdA DE HOY, REPRESENTANTES DE INTENDENTES Y PRESIDENTES COMUNALES Y DE FESTRAM LLEVARON ADELANTE LA REUNI\u00d3N PARITARIA QUE SE HAB\u00cdA PREVISTO EN EL ACTA FIRMADA EN EL MES DE JULIO.<\/p>\n<p>Dicha reuni\u00f3n corresponde a la Cl\u00e1usula de Revisi\u00f3n prevista oportunamente a los fines de analizar la evoluci\u00f3n de la pol\u00edtica salarial fijada para el corriente a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>Las partes analizaron la aplicaci\u00f3n del acuerdo paritario del mes de Julio, que represent\u00f3 el adelantamiento de los dos \u00faltimos tramos acordados en marzo y la decisi\u00f3n de acortar la convocatoria a paritaria para revisar la evoluci\u00f3n salarial, lo que represent\u00f3 un beneficio para los trabajadores en un contexto de escalada inflacionaria, ya que impidi\u00f3 una tensi\u00f3n entre las partes y un escenario de conflictividad en el sector y en la comunidad.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, se consider\u00f3 la evoluci\u00f3n de los \u00edndices inflacionarios y las alternativas para arribar a un acuerdo que determine la pol\u00edtica salarial a aplicarse en los Municipios y Comunas en el \u00faltimo cuatrimestre del a\u00f1o.
