EN EL D\u00cdA DE LA FECHA SE REUNI\u00d3 EN DEPENDENCIAS DE LA SECRETAR\u00cdA DE INTEGRACI\u00d3N Y FORTALECIMIENTO INSTITUCIONAL LA COMISI\u00d3N PARITARIA MUNICIPAL LEY 9996, CON LA COORDINACI\u00d3N DE SU SECRETARIO JOS\u00c9 LUIS FREYRE. REPRESENTARON EN LA REUNI\u00d3N A INTENDENTES Y PRESIDENTES COMUNALES, AUTORIDADES DE VILLA GOBERNADOR G\u00c1LVEZ, VENADO TUERTO, RECONQUISTA, ESPERANZA, CA\u00d1ADA ROSQU\u00cdN Y HELVECIA.<\/p>\n
En este \u00e1mbito las partes hicieron una evaluaci\u00f3n del desarrollo del acuerdo paritario 2022 que permiti\u00f3 que el salario de los trabajadores terminara el a\u00f1o por encima de los \u00edndices inflacionarios, y que adem\u00e1s pudo ser cumplido por las Administraciones Municipales y Comunales.<\/p>\n
FESTRAM ha manifestado que los trabajadores necesitan una propuesta que permita mantener el salario por encima de la inflaci\u00f3n, la que ha mantenido un sostenido incremento desde la salida de la pandemia.<\/p>\n
En otro orden tambi\u00e9n FESTRAM ha trasladado el reclamo por el funcionamiento del servicio de salud que reciben los trabajadores municipales y comunales en toda la Provincia. La Obra Social -IAPOS- presenta una deficiente atenci\u00f3n a las necesidades de sus afiliados siendo necesario que se tomen decisiones en el orden pol\u00edtico para revertir la actual situaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
Adem\u00e1s, fue tratada la hist\u00f3rica demanda por actualizaci\u00f3n de las Asignaciones Familiares que perciben los trabajadores del sector y que son fijadas por el Gobierno Provincial.<\/p>\n
Se celebrar\u00e1 una nueva reuni\u00f3n paritaria el d\u00eda jueves 2 de Marzo.<\/p>\n
