ANTE LA DECISI\u00d3N CLARAMENTE IRREGULAR DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE SANTA FE, VIOLATORIA DE LOS PROCEDIMIENTOS ESTABLECIDOS EN LA LEY NACIONAL DE ASOCIACIONES SINDICALES, FESTRAM DENUNCI\u00d3 PENALMENTE AL EJECUTIVO MUNICIPAL ENCABEZADO POR EMILIO JAT\u00d3N. LA CAUSA TRAMITA ANTE LA FISCAL\u00cdA REGIONAL N\u00b01 A CARGO DEL FISCAL ARTURO HAIDAR.<\/p>\n
Sin exigir ni controlar documentaci\u00f3n respaldatoria pertinente, lo que se traduce en un claro incumplimiento a los deberes de funcionario p\u00fablico, la Administraci\u00f3n de Jat\u00f3n hizo lugar a un pedido del Gremio ASOEM Santa Fe y procedi\u00f3 a depositar judicialmente fondos que son propiedad de FESTRAM, ello con clara intenci\u00f3n de desfinanciar y afectar la capacidad negociadora en materia salarial de nuestra Federaci\u00f3n, para los m\u00e1s de 45.000 trabajadores en toda la Provincia de Santa Fe.<\/p>\n
Este irregular proceder ya fue intentado anteriormente por ASOEM y la Municipalidad de Santa Fe en la gesti\u00f3n del Intendente Corral, y concluy\u00f3 con los dirigentes de ASOEM \u2013 Juan Medina y Pablo Casale \u2013 imputados penalmente y obligados a devolver m\u00e1s de $3.000.000 detra\u00eddos ilegalmente a FESTRAM.<\/p>\n
El Intendente Jat\u00f3n ha elegido este camino junto a dirigentes sindicales que incurrieron en el delito de estafa.\u00a0 Su responsabilidad, entonces, ha quedado totalmente expuesta. Nuestro accionar es acorde a la situaci\u00f3n por \u00e9l generada y en defensa de los derechos de las y los municipales de la Provincia.<\/p>\n
