Ma\u00f1ana, el SOEM iniciar\u00e1 un paro total de actividades de 72 horas sin presencia a los lugares de trabajo.<\/p>\n<p>La Secretar\u00eda de Estado de Trabajo se declar\u00f3 \u201cincompetente para resolver la cuesti\u00f3n de fondo que se suscita entre ambas partes\u201d, luego de que la Municipalidad solicitara su intervenci\u00f3n en el conflicto gremial que lleva adelante el SOEM.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, Trabajo adujo que \u201c\u00e9se municipio (por R\u00edo Gallegos) no se encuentra adherido a la Ley Provincial de Paritarias, en lo que respecta a la negociaci\u00f3n, se encuentra regido por el Decreto Municipal N\u00ba 1387\/87 sin intervenir tercero imparcial, integr\u00e1ndose la mesa de negociaci\u00f3n paritaria por la entidad sindical, los funcionarios del ejecutivo municipal y el Concejo Deliberante respetando \u00e9sa normativa particular\u201d a lo que se pregunta en calidad de qu\u00e9 \u201cparticipar\u00eda en el marco paritario y con qu\u00e9 autoridad podr\u00eda constre\u00f1ir\u00a0 a las partes en respaldo de sus posturas. Es decir, \u201cobligar al Ejecutivo a pagar el reajuste salarial pretendido por el sindicato, o no hacer lugar a dicho reclamo salarial\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, el sindicato finaliz\u00f3 su tercer d\u00eda los primeros tres de retenci\u00f3n de tareas.
