{"id":31665,"date":"2015-06-19T09:55:01","date_gmt":"2015-06-19T12:55:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/argentinamunicipal.com.ar\/argentina\/?p=31665"},"modified":"2015-06-19T09:55:01","modified_gmt":"2015-06-19T12:55:01","slug":"reconocen-a-bariloche-como-un-municipio-intercultural","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/argentinamunicipal.com.ar\/argentina\/reconocen-a-bariloche-como-un-municipio-intercultural\/","title":{"rendered":"Reconocen a Bariloche como un \u201cMunicipio Intercultural\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/argentinamunicipal.com.ar\/argentina\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/big_9c27499fe55f2e78767b0ff67fd98bf9b15b2b80.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-31666\" src=\"http:\/\/argentinamunicipal.com.ar\/argentina\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/big_9c27499fe55f2e78767b0ff67fd98bf9b15b2b80.jpg\" alt=\"big_9c27499fe55f2e78767b0ff67fd98bf9b15b2b80\" width=\"660\" height=\"495\" srcset=\"http:\/\/argentinamunicipal.com.ar\/argentina\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/big_9c27499fe55f2e78767b0ff67fd98bf9b15b2b80.jpg 660w, http:\/\/argentinamunicipal.com.ar\/argentina\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/big_9c27499fe55f2e78767b0ff67fd98bf9b15b2b80-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 660px) 100vw, 660px\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nEl Concejo Municipal aprob\u00f3 el proyecto de Ordenanza a trav\u00e9s del cual se reconoce a Bariloche como un \u201cMunicipio Intercultural\u201d, siendo un \u201creconocimiento\u201d a la cultura mapuche y a trav\u00e9s del cual le damos a la cultura mapuche \u201cel lugar que le corresponde\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed lo defini\u00f3 el presidente del cuerpo, Ram\u00f3n Chiocconi, quien fue autor de la iniciativa junto al edil Alfredo Mart\u00edn, quienes coincidieron en afirmar que \u201ces un avance para continuar trabajando juntos, un respeto a la identidad mapuche que hasta ahora hab\u00eda sido desatendido,\u00a0\u00a0que promueve el derecho a una educaci\u00f3n inclusiva, biling\u00fce e intercultural\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto aprobado establece que el municipio local deber\u00e1 adecuar sus espacios administrativos y de intervenci\u00f3n, afectando los recursos que sean necesarios para tal fin.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s la comuna deber\u00e1 \u201ccapacitar y formar a su personal y a los funcionarios para que puedan desempe\u00f1ar adecuadamente sus funciones, teniendo en consideraci\u00f3n a la cultura mapuche\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s declarara como d\u00edas conmemorativos el Kamarikun y Wi\u00f1oy Xipant\u00fc como expresiones de su espiritualidad y pertenencia al Pueblo Mapuche.<\/p>\n<p>A los trabajadores municipales que pertenezcan al Pueblo Mapuche no se les computar\u00e1 inasistencia cuando participen de celebraciones de su comunidad, como el Llellipun, Machitun y Trawun.<\/p>\n<p>La interculturalidad del municipio est\u00e1 establecida en el art\u00edculo 210 de la Carta Org\u00e1nica Municipal, mencionando que el municipio debe contribuir a \u201cpreservar y fortalecer las pautas culturales mapuches, su lengua, cosmovisi\u00f3n e identidad \u00e9tnica, procurando su desempe\u00f1o activo en un mundo multicultural y el mejoramiento de su calidad de vida\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, seg\u00fan menciona el mismo art\u00edculo, reivindica \u201cel valor de su cultura y espiritualidad, respetando la integridad de sus lugares sagrados.
