Cabe destacar que el municipio ya hab\u00eda solicitado la conciliaci\u00f3n obligatoria y desde la direcci\u00f3n de Inspecci\u00f3n General se dictamin\u00f3 una primera audiencio para el 23 de marzo.<\/p>\n<p>La comuna, seg\u00fan trascendi\u00f3, acept\u00f3 los incrementos salariales\u00a0($2000 para las categor\u00edas 1 a 4; $2500 de la categor\u00eda 5 a 9; y $3000 para las 10 y 11) proponiendo que se implementen a partir del mes de abril, aunque el gremio hab\u00eda pedido que tuviesen validez desde marzo.<\/p>\n<p>Inicialmente, el Ejecutivo municipal hab\u00eda ofrecido $500 menos para cada tramo de incremento, lo que fue rechazado por el SOEM.<\/p>\n<h6>Fuente: El Esquiu<\/h6>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La municipalidad capitalina present\u00f3 al Sindicato de Obreros y Empleados Municipales una nueva oferta de mejoras laborales que ahora ser\u00e1 estudiada en asamblea.
