LA FEDERACI\u00d3N DE SINDICATOS DE TRABAJADORES MUNICIPALES EXPRESA SU SOLIDARIDAD CON LAS MAESTRAS Y MAESTROS DE TODO EL PA\u00cdS QUE EST\u00c1N LLEVANDO ADELANTE UN PLAN DE LUCHA EN DEFENSA DE LA EDUCACI\u00d3N P\u00daBLICA, LA VIGENCIA DE LA PARITARIA NACIONAL Y LOS DERECHOS Y CONQUISTAS ALCANZADOS RESISTIENDO A MODELOS EDUCATIVOS QUE PERSIGUEN COMO FIN \u00daLTIMO, LA MERCANTILIZACI\u00d3N DE LA EDUCACI\u00d3N Y LA FLEXIBILIZACI\u00d3N LABORAL COMO CONSECUENCIA DE LA MISMA.<\/p>\n
El Gobierno de Mauricio Macri desconoce, permanentemente, las leyes que benefician o dan sustento legal a las organizaciones gremiales y sociales. Paralelo a ello, se utilizan los medios de comunicaci\u00f3n para amedrentar, estigmatizar y aislar a los dirigentes sindicales de sus bases; poniendo en pr\u00e1cticas cualquier tipo de metodolog\u00eda que responda a esos fines.<\/p>\n
Y se han venido multiplicando las amenazas de quita de presentismo, suspensi\u00f3n de la personer\u00eda gremial, multas, hasta incentivos monetarios para quebrar la huelga y la propia organizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
Desde esta perspectiva es que debemos abordar la no convocatoria a la Paritaria Nacional, el desguace en los hechos del Fondo de Incentivo Docente y la consecuente generaci\u00f3n de educadores de primera o de segunda categor\u00eda seg\u00fan los recursos e importancia que tenga la Provincia donde est\u00e1n ejerciendo.<\/p>\n
Esta es la centralidad del problema sobre el cual debatir; es decir advertir la gravedad de las pol\u00edticas nacionales en la materia, que guardan una empat\u00eda c\u00f3mplice con las adoptadas en la d\u00e9cada de los 90.<\/p>\n
De igual forma repudiamos la actitud del Gobierno Provincial que plantea descontar los d\u00edas de paro y establecer marcos prefijados para la negociaci\u00f3n salarial.<\/p>\n
Por eso los municipales recurrimos a nuestra propia historia y a las acciones emprendidas junto a gremios hermanos en defensa siempre de modelos econ\u00f3micos de inclusi\u00f3n social. Esta tampoco ser\u00e1 la excepci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
Toda nuestra solidaridad, entonces, con los docentes santafesinos en su lucha y movilizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
