Esto ocurri\u00f3 debido a que se recategorizaron a 177 agentes de planta permanente. Los mismos pertenec\u00edan a las distintas secretar\u00edas de la comuna.<\/p>\n<p>Esta idea surgi\u00f3 del intendente Aranda para lograr un reordenamiento de categor\u00edas para el personal de planta permanente. El mismo se trata de lograr jerarquizando, capacitando y descentralizando las distintas funciones actuales.<\/p>\n<p>El intendente Aranda manifest\u00f3 que tuvieron que pasar m\u00e1s de 20 a\u00f1os \u201cpara que se reconociera algo que era realmente justo, y es el trabajo que vienen realizando desde hace mucho tiempo para que el Municipio y la Ciudad crezca\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Este reordenamiento se completar\u00e1 pr\u00f3ximamente en una 2\u00ba etapa.
