{"id":72605,"date":"2018-01-30T07:46:30","date_gmt":"2018-01-30T10:46:30","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/argentinamunicipal.com.ar\/argentina\/?p=72605"},"modified":"2018-01-30T07:46:30","modified_gmt":"2018-01-30T10:46:30","slug":"santa-fe-municipios-comunas-deberan-aplicar-la-clausula-gatillo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/argentinamunicipal.com.ar\/argentina\/santa-fe-municipios-comunas-deberan-aplicar-la-clausula-gatillo\/","title":{"rendered":"Santa Fe: Municipios y Comunas deber\u00e1n aplicar la cl\u00e1usula gatillo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>EN CUMPLIMIENTO DEL ACTA PARITARIA DEL 30 DE MARZO DE 2017 QUE ESTABLECE \u201cUNA CLA\u00daSULA GATILLO PARA CUANDO EL INDICE DE PRECIOS AL CONSUMIDOR SUPERE EL 25% ACUMULADO Y CUYA DIFERENCIA SE REAJUSTAR\u00c1 EN EL MES SUBSIGUIENTE\u201d, TODOS LOS MUNICIPIOS Y COMUNAS DEBER\u00c1N APLICAR EL INCREMENTO QUE ARROJA LA DIFERENCIA ENTRE EL PORCENTAJE PACTADO Y LA MEDICI\u00d3N ANUAL DEL IPEC<\/p>\n<p>CIRCULAR INFORMATIVA<\/p>\n<p>En virtud que la variaci\u00f3n del \u00cdndice de precios al Consumidor de la Provincia de Santa Fe, publicado por el Instituto Provincial de Estad\u00edsticas y Censos, acumul\u00f3 un 26,1% en el a\u00f1o 2017 superando el 25% fijado como incremento salarial para el sector, corresponde la aplicaci\u00f3n de la cl\u00e1usula gatillo acordada en acta paritaria de fecha 30 de marzo del a\u00f1o 2017.<\/p>\n<p>En consecuencia, se produce un incremento salarial sobre la pol\u00edtica salarial vigente en cada jurisdicci\u00f3n del 1,1%, la que deber\u00e1 liquidarse en el \u00a0mes de enero de 2018.
