EL TITULAR DEL GREMIO, HERN\u00c1N DOVAL, CUESTION\u00d3 LA \u201cUNILATERALIDAD\u201d DEL AUMENTO Y ADVIRTI\u00d3 QUE LOS SALARIOS \u201cSIGUEN ESTANDO POR DEBAJO DEL NIVEL DE INDIGENCIA\u201d.<\/p>\n
El intendente de Avellaneda Jorge Ferraresi anunci\u00f3 en los \u00faltimos d\u00edas un acuerdo \u201ccon los gremios que representan a los trabajadores y trabajadoras municipales\u201d por\u00a0\u201cun aumento escalonado que ir\u00e1 del 41 al 46% seg\u00fan la categor\u00eda\u201d. Sin embargo, de la convocatoria no form\u00f3 parte el Sindicato de Trabajadores Municipales de Avellaneda (STMA) con el que el Ejecutivo est\u00e1 en conflicto.<\/p>\n
En di\u00e1logo con\u00a0Info Regi\u00f3n, el secretario general del STMA,\u00a0Hern\u00e1n Doval, asegur\u00f3 \u201cdesconocer\u201d dicho acuerdo al cuestionar su \u201cunilateralidad\u201d y \u201cla falta de voluntad democr\u00e1tica para convocarlos\u201d. \u201cEvidentemente no quiere sentarse a discutir con los trabajadores\u201d, critic\u00f3.<\/p>\n
Asegur\u00f3, adem\u00e1s, que \u201cest\u00e1n todos los elementos legales para que esta vez, en el caso de que el Ejecutivo no concurra el mi\u00e9rcoles 6 de marzo, accionar contra \u00e9l por pr\u00e1ctica desleal y mal desempe\u00f1o de funcionario p\u00fablico\u201d.<\/p>\n
\u201cSu voluntad no es nada democr\u00e1tica a la hora de discutir los salarios de los trabajadores municipales que se encuentran por debajo de la l\u00ednea de indigencia\u201d, insisti\u00f3 en referencia al Intendente.<\/p>\n
\u201cSINCERAMIENTO SALARIAL\u201d
\nCon relaci\u00f3n al aumento, reconoci\u00f3 que los porcentajes que superan el 40 por ciento \u201cson importantes\u201d pero remarc\u00f3 que los salarios \u201csiguen estando por debajo del nivel de indigencia\u201d.<\/p>\n
\u201cAdem\u00e1s hay que ver c\u00f3mo se aplica dicho aumento, que seguramente ser\u00e1 en cuotas\u201d, apunt\u00f3 el dirigente sindical e inst\u00f3 a que el Ejecutivo realice \u201cun sinceramiento salarial\u201d.<\/p>\n
