El\u00a0Sindicato de Trabajadores Municipales de Esteban Echeverr\u00eda\u00a0(STMEE) acord\u00f3 una suba salarial del 35 por ciento con el Ejecutivo que comanda el intendente Fernando Gray. El aumento ser\u00e1 en dos cuotas.<\/p>\n
\u201cFue una negociaci\u00f3n bastante dura. Su primera oferta no la pod\u00edamos aceptar\u201d, sostuvo a\u00a0Info Regi\u00f3n, el titular del STMEE,\u00a0Adri\u00e1n Gou\u00edn, tras firmar el acuerdo en una reuni\u00f3n junto al secretario de Hacienda local, Gast\u00f3n Suarez, y la directora de Recursos Humanos, Anal\u00eda Heredia.<\/p>\n
\u201cNo est\u00e1bamos de acuerdo que el 35 por ciento sea con el sueldo b\u00e1sico de enero. Ten\u00eda que ser con el de marzo ingresando 1000 pesos que ten\u00edamos como bonificaci\u00f3n. A partir de ah\u00ed, agregarle la suba\u201d, indic\u00f3 Gou\u00edn sobre el acuerdo.<\/p>\n
Y luego detall\u00f3: \u201cDe ese 35 por ciento, 10 por ciento nos hab\u00edan solicitado que fuera no remunerativo y arreglamos que ingrese en octubre al sueldo b\u00e1sico\u201d.<\/p>\n
Tambi\u00e9n se estableci\u00f3 la continuidad de una garant\u00eda salarial para las categor\u00edas 1, 2 y 4, que ronda entre los 700 y 1500 pesos.<\/p>\n
BALANCE
\nGou\u00edn, en este marco, evalu\u00f3 que \u201cfue una negociaci\u00f3n bastante dura\u201d la que tuvieron con el Ejecutivo comunal.<\/p>\n
\u201cSu primera oferta no la pod\u00edamos aceptar y ellos insist\u00edan en que se les complicaba la situaci\u00f3n presupuestaria. Con el transcurso de las charlas, se vio mayor predisposici\u00f3n y finalmente terminamos cerrando el acuerdo\u201d, ponder\u00f3.<\/p>\n
